Carbon monoxide poisoning
Symptoms and effects on work and career

Long term carbon monoxide symptoms and effects:

  • Work seems [much] more difficult than it used to be

  • I'm having [a lot of] problems getting things done

  • I can't keep track of things

  • I just can't remember details like I used to

  • I just can't handle stress the way I used to

  • I find myself frustrated [a lot] more often than I used to be

  • I find it [so] difficult to be productive

  • I just can't function the way I used to
  • I can no longer work at all

  • I get tired so much easier (and when I am tired it is [much] more difficult getting things done)

We just realized that our family has been breathing in carbon monoxide for THREE YEARS! due to a faulty hot water heater installation. Everything seems to make sense! The tiredness, the migrains, the thinking I heard someone in my house when there is nothing there. Prolonged carbon monoxide poisoning can make a person think they are crazy

I and my coworkers have been exposed to low levels of CO for a long period of time. We work in a bakery and have been noticing CO symptoms for years... now we are all having trouble fighting our case to prove yes we have all the symptoms and then some.

For me getting things started and finished is so much harder than it was. Keeping track of things is brutal. It is epsecially difficult when I'm tired or feel stressed
