Carbon monoxide: A survivor's guide

There's a lot to know about carbon monoxide

Types of carbon monoxide poisoning

There are two "categories" of carbon monoxide poisoning:

  1. One-time carbon monoxide poisoning (acute CO poisoning)

  2. Multiple low level carbon monoxide poisonings over time (chronic CO poisoning)

There are two kinds of carbon monoxide poisoning victims:

  1. Accidental carbon monoxide poisonings

  2. Intentional carbon monoxide poisonings

After CO poisoning there are four kinds of survivors:

  1. Those that know they have been affected

  2. Those that come to know they have been affected

  3. Those that do not know they have been affected

  4. Those that have not been affected

So true
George from US
I was poisoned years ago and although I thought I was somewhat effected from the poisoning, it took me a few years to see that the poisoning did a real number on me.

My life literally started blowing apart. I had troubles working as I was tired much of the time.

My relationship blew up but in our case that was very unexpected as we had been very happy and stable for our whole realtionship. It was only after the poisoning that things really went sideways.
